MICHAEL CARLE JOINS ELAUT USA, INC. as CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Elaut USA, Inc. Chief Financial Officer Knut Danielsen has accepted a position with a Manhattan based financial firm and will be leaving as of July 17th.

Knut has been in the amusement industry since 1997 when he was Controller of Mondial International and Mondial Distributing.“Knut has been a good friend of mine since we worked together at Mondial in 1997” said Elaut USA, Inc. CEO Jack Guarnieri. Jack continued “Knut lives in Greenwich Connecticut and we are moving further away from his home to Lakewood NJ in September. It was only natural, since we don’t have an Elaut USA helicopter yet, that Knut would look for a position closer to home.

”Replacing Knut as CFO is Michael Carle, the current CFO of Freehold Raceway in Freehold NJ. Michael brings over twenty years of progressive, professional accounting and supervisory experience with him. Mike was Controller of a publicly traded company and he has held a number of important financial and leadership positions including controlling a budget for sales revenue of a $40 million dollar company as well as directing customer service and billing functions of a company with $50 million in annual sales revenue. “Elaut USA, Inc. is fortunate to have such a seasoned, talented, quality person join our company” stated Jack. He continued “Knut has been a very valuable member of the management team. I always enjoy our morning and afternoon calls as “007” drives to and from the office. I’m sure that will continue.”

The company had a party for Knut and they all wish him the best as he gets to share Norwegian Sea Tales with his new co-workers.
