1 - "ERROR"
Mechanical grab did not reach bottom in time. Press “S” to resume
Possible Problems:
A) There is a possible problem with the up/down motor
B) The balance switch (SW4). Check for proper operation.

2 - "ERROR"
Mechanical grab did not reach up in time. Press “S” to resume.

Possible Problems:
A) There is a possible problem with the up/down motor
B) The limit switch up (SW3). Check for proper operation.

3 - "ERROR"
Grabber short circuit measured. Try claw type. Try claw type test to resume


Possible Problems:
A) The claw may be damaged or of an unrecognizable type.
B) Possible wiring short.

Use the Claw-type function in the “SELFTEST-MENU to test the claw.

4 - "ERROR"
Grabber open circuit measured. Try claw type test to resume.

Possible Problems:
A) The claw may be damaged or of an unrecognizable type.
B) Possible open wiring or disconnection of a cable

Use the "CLAWTYPE" function in the SELFTEST-MENU To test the claw.


5 - "WARNING"
Claw power (Temporary) not guaranteed. Press "S" to resume
Possible Problems: 
A) Possible bad connections with cables
B) Big fluctuations in the power supply

These problems can cause the claw power not to be regulated correctly.

6 - "ERROR"
Meters disconnected or circuit defect.
Possible Problems:
A) check wiring from Intelli main CPU board to coin meters.
B) Possible CPU circuit board defect.
C) Meter Defect

7 -Big One
Claw does not stay up.
Possible Problems:
A) Bad brake motor. (Brake motor not engaging)

8 - Big One
Claw does not drop.
Possible Problems:
A) Open gantry cable wiring.
B) No voltage going to brake motor
C) Possible bad brake motor

9 - Big One
Claw does not close. Open circuit message on controller
Possible Problems:
A) Open gantry cable wiring
B) Defective supergrab pcb inside of claw
C) Defective supergrab power pcb (located in power supply
case next to intelli power pcb)

10 - Big One
Prize door keeps cycling
Possible Problem:
A) Possible CPU board defect
B) Intermittent switch on cam assy
